Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Titliya, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please carefully review the following policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Returns
You can return any item within 7 calendar days of delivery. To start the process, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp, providing the required details (Order number, SKU number, invoice, and product images). WhatsApp at +91 9076010048 or email us at hello@titliya.in All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, including the bill and box, to maintain hygiene standards.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to a size or style preference, you can do so within the 7-day return window. Simply follow the same steps as the return process, and once approved, we will arrange for the exchange. Please note that delivery charges will apply for exchanges.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if the item is returned in an unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Eligibility
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged products due to manufacturing issues or if the wrong product was sent to you. In such cases, we offer a one-time return/exchange option.

Our courier partner will arrange a free pick-up of your package, typically within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays).
